We were being investigated by the Attorney General. Served with a Subpoena consisting of a plethora of pages. I contacted several law offices. One law office wanted $750 just to review the subpeona, another wanted a $2,500 retainer to review it. Two legitamite law firms reviewed it for free. I was however very impressed how easily accessible Kate was and paralegal. There was no hoopla, everything was straight to the point. The retainer was $2,000 and she worked very hard to ideally finish the case under it. Most lawyers would of nickel and dimed every second and I would of been out of luck. I retained Kate's services in January 2013 after receiving a criminal citation for driving without a valid license (I hold a foreign license was was told otherwise by the Duval County Tax Collector's office I may continue to drive with my foreign license for up to 6 months). Given that I am a foreign citizen, on a visa, and also a fellow lawyer by profession (contracts lawyer), I needed a competent and responsive lawyer ASAP in the criminal and traffic citation field.
